All of our team are fully qualified physiotherapists and are registered with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). They are all members of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA).
Our goal is to provide quality, up-to-date and evidence-based physiotherapy services with a focus on sports physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation. We offer thorough assessments, consultations and treatments which include the use of tailored exercise plans, Clinical Pilates and hydrotherapy.
APA Sports Physiotherapist / Owner
Nathan is an APA Sports Physiotherapist and is currently working as a physiotherapist with the Western Bulldogs AFL Club, he has a strong interest in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation.
Nathan also spent 5 years as head physio with the Werribee Tigers VFL club and has been associated with numerous sporting teams where he has developed a keen interest in rehabilitation of hip / groin pain, knee and shoulder issues. His strong background in exercise science ensures that injuries are rehabilitated fully to prevent recurrent or ongoing issues.
Nathan is available for consultation Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.

Emma brings a combination of an interest in sports physiotherapy and a passion for clinical pilates to the team. She is both a clinical pilates instructor and pilates course presenter with APPI; and has been a consultant physio with the VU Western Lightning netball team in the VNL.
Emma has a keen interest in using Pilates in the rehabilitation of all sorts of injuries; In particular she enjoys helping clients improve and understand their posture in addition to rehabilitating knee and ankle injuries and helping new mothers return to exercise safely.
Emma is available for consultation on Tuesday and Saturday mornings.
Emma also runs mat clinical pilates classes within the Maribyrnong and Footscray area.

Aaron graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2001 from the University of Otago (New Zealand).
Aaron spent the following 4 years working in a private practice in Wellington, New Zealand, as well working as club physiotherapist at Lower Hutt Associated Football Club and consulting to local Rugby Union, League and Netball clubs. Aaron moved to Melbourne with his wife in 2006 and has since continued to work in private practice physiotherapy in Mellbourne’s western suburbs.
Aaron has a keen interest in sports injuries, lower limb biomechanics and exercise rehabilitation and prescription. Outside of work Aaron is competitive mountain biker, keen cyclist and runner and enjoys the challenges of raising his two young daughters.
